Q: Is this and actual pc or is it just a case?

A: Yes, this is just the case.

Q: Is this just the PC case, or does it have all the contents inside? If so, does it work right out the box?

Q: On the Specs it says 2 X 5.25" drive bays, but in the picture it looks like 3. Are the specs correct and "third" bay is something else, if so what is it?
