A: Try to connect it using the USB connection, i dont think the microphone will work if its just connected via Bluetooth. You can connect the headphone to the main dock in the back there should be a USB connection, or u can use a USB addaptor for the USB-C (at the bottom of the screen where you charge the switch), and lastly a USB to a 3.5mm jack adaptor (plug in the 3.5mm on the top of the switch screen). I hope this helped.
Q: Does it have nose cancellation
A: No, these Corsair headphones unfortunately don't have noise cancellation.
Q: Does the dongle work with Xbox at all?
A: No only yousing your phone connect to xbox sx dan you can heard it through your headphones.
Q: Does this have flip to mute with the mic?
A: Yes it does
Q: void v2 cant connect itkeeps saying connected the it says its not
A: its weird on PC, and annoying. You'll need to connect through the USB receiver first, and download the iCUE software to get it working right (at least that is my experience). Once you pair through the app, the bluetooth seems to work no problem. But its annoying to have this additional software for no reason.

These headphone fit comfortably. I like that the microphone retracts easily. It also switches between the computer and the cell phone with just a tap of a button. These are replacing older Corsair headphones that I lost the dongle for. I am happy with the choice of this product.

I really weekly these headphones. They are comfortable and fit great. My only complaint is that they arent louder in the highest setting. Maybe it's user error though. I typically only play fortnite.

Great headset! I am so picky with headsets… They’re too heavy, too light, too tight or too loose. This one is a perfect weight, and has amazing sound quality for both gaming and music! My only issue was that after a week of use it would suddenly turn off after about 15 minutes. I downloaded the iCue software and disabled auto-shut off, which helped the problem. While using iCue, you are able to change the LED colors which was a huge plus for me. I wear glasses, and having the rotating RGB created a glare in my glasses. Now I have a static color at a lower brightness which got rid of the glare :)
