A great pre-build, even for custom build snobs
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.I had my old PC for about 6 years which was a custom build, that I kept upgrading and upgrading. The machine was bottle necking itself and turning into a total lemon, so I sought out a new machine. Due to the pandemic, I noticed parts being extremely expensive, and when looking at this build I noticed just buying these parts in a pre-build was less expensive. That paired with the BestBuy credit, I said why not. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is the condition it arrived it. It came in the product box, so no additional packaging. The box had a huge hole on the side, and the top was completely open. I inspected it immediately and luckily it was not tampered with, it looks like the top blew open just from weak tape or air pressure. Taking the PC out of the box, there were several rattling/loose part noises - which is of course, not great. My boyfriend and I immediately opened it up. The first problem was that whoever put this together in the factory used a drill gun or something too powerful for simple thumb screws in the back, causing the metal on the chassis to bend. While not damaging, it is aesthetically not pleasing, and a shame since otherwise this is a sleek, quite beautiful machine. Upon opening the machine, we discovered the two front case fans (just the blades) became dislodged completely and were in random parts of the case. This is most likely due to shipping - which clearly it wasn't handled well during. That was easy but annoying to fix, as the blades just snap into place. The more concerning issue was that the HDD became dislodged and unplugged entirely. It was easily re-seated and plugged back in. Upon inspection, no parts - including the HDD - were bent or damaged. It is truly lucky that both my boyfriend and I are knowledgeable and comfortable with computers and parts - a regular consumer would have no idea and their HDD would not have been detected once turning the PC on. Onto the PC itself, I couldn't be happier. The load-up time is insane (my boyfriend who built his own PC just before the pandemic is actually jealous. I think mine boots up maybe 5 seconds faster.) SSDs make SUCH a difference - my last machine just had HDDs. It is so snappy and quick. It did come with a motherboard driver CD, which was just odd because this computer does not have a CD drive. I have zero idea why it was included, but it was just strange and didn't actually matter or effect anything. I have not monitored temperatures personally but the PC stays virtually silent unless I open a heavier taxing game such as Monster Hunter World. But even then, the noise is barely noticeable, and there aren't frame drops or anything related to overheating that happens. It runs games flawlessly. Paired with a nice monitor, you will get 120+ FPS in most games with no issue. All of the RGB modes are really fun and there's definitely an option for everyone. I settled on the last one which are these nice pastel-ish colors. Since I use Razer and Corsair, I was able to match my keyboard, mouse and headset to the colors, so it's super cool! I will say the storage space is a little on the light side, however there's plenty of room in there for another HDD should you require it. With things like Dropbox and Google Drive, I'm not running into issues yet with storage, and in fact out of many of the pre-builts I looked at (many, MANY...) this had the best storage situation. So, really, if it weren't for the condition it arrived in and some chassis problems, this would be 5 stars easily. I'd recommend them to ship it in another box - as in put the product box into an additional box, maybe with bubble wrap around that. I mean, this is a big purchase and not cheap, so for it to arrive like that really did panic me. I am so relieved it turns out it's just an aesthetic issue and nothing is wrong with the computer itself. Conclusion: A FANTASTIC build for a great price - currently cheaper than buying these parts and building yourself due to current economic issues. May arrive slightly damaged/undone in places, if you are not good with computers, have someone you know help you open it up and check it when it arrives.

Pretty darn excellent Pre-build
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Priced these components, or as close as I could ascertain, to pcpartpicker, excluding the freebie mouse and keyboard (both of which I have already upgraded) and this build came in about $100 less. 500gb M.2 and a separate HDD is nice. EVGA 2060 super is a decent bargain ray-tracer. PSU is 600w (not modular) which is fine. RGB is pretty good. Would like a better controller option, rather than the electrical tape on the backside of the case. Temps are good. Case is solid, with room for more fans. Asus Mobo. Crucial ballistix DDR4-3000 (no RGB). The sound, via the 3.5mm jacks, is a little spotty. Kids love it. Plays everything we’ve thrown at it so far @ 1080p >144fps. The family is happy. So I am happy. Included Mouse and keyboard are basic. WiFi connection is meh. Would love a listing of components, for easier driver updates, right out of the box. Only one DP port on the EVGA 2060 super, so have an extra hdmi around if you go dual monitors. No build issues that we have found. All In all a pretty solid buy. Shipping was quick. Happy new PC family.

Amazing PC for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. So I got this PC for the specs, the design and the over all reputation Cyberpower has. This is my second tower from the brand and I have no complaints. I however had some damage to the tower and the screw was bent but everything else was intact. I know during transport some things can get loose during that time so make sure to go in your PC and check that you have no loose ports, video cards network cards etc. once I did all that I was good to go! that was before I called cyber power. To make a long story short. I thought I was missing a network card and going to have to return the unit. it turns out it was just unplugged and the RGB fan lighting was also loose some of the screws were bent and they will send me more and a new piece for my case. I waited a bit and they serviced me I decided to post their product on social media. They were quick to repost my picture and video of this lovely unit. As soon as I placed the order, It was sold out so you know they're popular. I did a lot of research and found out getting a rtx 2070 super GC wasn't any different from a 2060s (11 percent difference). So, I decided to go with this. it's quiet, even when I'm playing graphic intensive games like anthem or VR. The RGB is a great touch too! so this a great unit for less the 1400$. Micro center would have charged way over this price. get this if you can.

Very Competitive Deal
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I do normally build my gaming rigs. But in a time when prices for parts are insane and some parts being out of stock everywhere, this was an easy buy. The corona virus has created a very volatile supply chain for individual parts. So a pre-built would be the recommendation for now. This PC is a great deal for an upper mid-range computer. If you want 60+ FPS on your newest games, this will do it. This will get you 144+ on your favorite classics / e-sports titles. VR and Streaming will stretch the legs on this computer, but it does get it done without issues. 1080p resolution. Docs and games load quick with the M.2 storage drive. Included Keyboard and Mouse are very nice relative to included peripherals of standard brands. The 8 Core Intel Processor along with the 16 gigs of RAM, while not the highest tier of performance, will get you through the workday no problem. Minor complaints being: No dust filter for the intake fans. No additional M.2 Slot for easy highspeed expansion. 100% CPU does cause some noticeable noise.

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Honestly isn't a bad computer. I see all these complaints about the display ports and i can see the problem if you had some fat display cables from 8 years ago or something. My HDMI display port fit just fine, yeah it was a close fit but it worked and the computer DOES come with two display ports they just both aren't HDMI and it tells you that if you looked at the PC specs. The second display port is the DVI port. The computer is pretty snappy and it has a great start up speed and restart speed. With good internet your download speed is amazing too. The only complaint i really have so far was the bolts they used to hold the wifi antennas in place, they came loose or stripped like they just spun around in their place once i attached the antennas. Not a big issue to fix, all you have to do is just hold one end of the washer/bolt then to hand tighten it on the other side. Over all a great pc so far, graphics card works fine, lights work fine, games work great on max settings so far, and as long as you have a slim enough cable to fit the ports you're golden. (HDMI size comparison would be closest to the XBOX one HDMI cable sizes.

Amazing pc for streaming and competitive gaming!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. When I first saw this pc and the reviews, I was very hesitant to get it. At the time it was 3.1 starts out of 5. I read the reviews and saw that the issues people were having was with the GPU. It was a little tight, but overall this is an AMAZING PC! I streamed Fortnite on it today and I had a solid 144 frames per second with pro settings on. I capped my frames at 144 because I only have a 144htz montior. But I am sure this computer can run higher FPS than that. I am very pleased with the aesthetics of the pc, and I am pleased with the performance. If you are considering buying this pc, I highly recommend that you do (and if you watch Fortnite at all, my twitch is TropexSZN)

Only problem is the case READ
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This is a nice computer I love this rtx 2060s running WoW at about 110fps cod about 90fps certainly am upgrade from what I had. NEGATIVE POINT READ This graphics card has HDMI, 3 display and a dvi. If you are plugging in your monitor to DVI you won't have a problem. However you will not be able to use the display ports and HDMI is ify b/c the case design allows zero room to use these ports. So if you end up buying this computer plan on getting some metal cutters to snip off a small piece of your brand-new beautiful case that just cost you $1325

Great Price Day trading PC or Gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Great gaming PC comes with nice keyboard and mouse. LED's are cool it is super quiet. They use high quality parts when building systems ( example case has nice smooth edges instead of sharp flimsy parts. ) Very nice GPU 1x HDMI 3x 1.4 Display port for a total of 4 monitors. Setup was very simple and user friendly. Shipping was packed nice including big hunk of foam inside PC you must remove. The price for what you get is great. I will not be gaming, this will be used for my day trading PC.

Q: QuestionWhat is the point in the front fans if its a glass front panel?

Q: QuestionI've had this computer for a week and I love it, but I've been looking at the temperature on the CPU while playing games and on certain games my CPU spikes up to 80-90 degrees C and then drops back down to 60-79 degrees C is that OK? Should I be worried?
Asked by Mason.
- A:Answer No, it is totally normal for your CPU to go to such high temperatures. More demanding titles will heat up the CPU which is normal. If your CPU reaches about 110 degrees C then that should be looked at. Try buying a better fan if it starts to get that high as it could destroy the PC. But for a final answer: You should not be worried and just continue as it is. Hope I helped

Q: Question2 questions: does this pc have a usb-c port on the io and does the 2060 super in this pc have a dvi port?
Asked by Diminish.
- A:Answer USB c ontop and yes the RTX 2060 super has a dvi , HDMI and 3 display ports. However with this case design you can only use the dvi the case leaves almost no room to plug in the display ports so if thats something you want to use you will have to snip a little off the case along the top of the graphics card. I just left a review on this pc with a picture of the card back of the case

Q: QuestionIs this pc VR ready?
Asked by Christian.
- A:Answer Thank you for reaching out to us Christian. This PC should be able to support VR as it does meet the minimum system requirements for most VR headsets. However, the amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection. It is always recommended that you check the system requirements of the game you would like to play before making your purchase.
