Dell - Inspiron Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5-Series - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 570 - 1TB Hard Drive - Recon Blue With Solid Panel

This is not as powerful as its bigger cousin (which I purchased a couple of months before we got this one), but it's a very capable gaming PC. We got this for $650 on an Open Box. My wife and I went to BB to get her a new PC as both of ours were 7 and 10 years old respectively. This one turned out to be better than some of the $850 IBuyPowers, etc sitting nearby. The only thing lacking in this PC was the 8GB of system RAM which I just replaced with 16GB of DDR4 GSkillz gaming RAM and the difference is phenomenal. Note that, if you plan to replace the system RAM, it turns out this has a very tempermental motherboard that only has 2 RAM slots total, and the RAM you need to get must be AMD Ryzen compatible. Otherwise you're likely going to have issues after the fact. I'm glad that I decided to really research the compatible RAM before I upgraded. I believe that the system maxes out at 32MB of RAM, but what you need to purchase is: G.SKILL FORTIS Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) AMD X370 / B350 / A320 Memory (Desktop Memory) Model F4-2400C15D-16GFT Not that it was a slouch before, but it was like taking the muzzle off after putting this RAM in. We both play Elder Scrolls Online and this plays it on Ultra settings with no issues, and ESO is a very pretty game. Ignore the extreme people who say a computer like this is garbage. If you have $3,800 to spend on a computer, more power to you, but most of us are lucky to get a $1,000 desktop and these are more than enough for what we play and do. Down the road, I'll upgrade the video card in a year or two and she should get another half decade out of this PC.

Great PC here by Dell. The case is larger than most mid size towers. You can easily access the inside with the panel removal. Plenty of space to add another hard drive. The 4GB vid card is what makes this PC a good entry level gaming PC.

Our old computer could no longer handle the gaming. This one is perfect for the level of gaming my daughter does. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 stars is because it did not have a cd drive.

I bought this computer for my sone for Christmas and cant be more excited. It works flawlessly and he just loves it. It's been able to handle any game he has use with it.
