A: Unfortunately, no. It comes with Windows 10 Home; however, it makes an excellent platform to expand upon.
Q: Is this a new vs refurbished Dell desktop?
A: This is a new Dell desktop.
A: You would not want this computer. It’s very slow. I’m not an expert, but I do know quality programs, I just bought this computer and I use Adobe products with it and loading graphics of any kind takes a lot longer.
