Best Buy™ Easy Replenish™ Program Terms

Easy Replenish benefits are limited to items displaying the Easy Replenish offer message. Your participation in the Easy Replenish program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your enrollment or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.

Easy Replenish discounts and any Easy Replenish limited time special enrollment promotions apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Easy Replenish item information pages, and then only if you select the Easy Replenish delivery method. Enrollments are good while supplies last. Special limited time enrollment promotions only apply during their effective dates.

All returns under Easy Replenish are subject to the Best Buy Return Policy. Easy Replenish enrollments are void where prohibited.

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Easy Replenish order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed, less any Easy Replenish discount offered as a percentage or dollars off at the time you signed up, plus any applicable sales tax. Best Buy reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount offered at the time you signed up for the Easy Replenish, with notice to you, and future orders fulfilled under the Easy Replenish would reflect any such change.

For each Easy Replenish item shipment, you authorize Best Buy to charge the payment method used when you enrolled unless otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Easy Replenish order with the payment method you used when you enrolled, we will not fulfill the order and will notify you that your payment method needs to be updated.

Your enrollment will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel or modify your enrollment at any time via your Easy Replenish page, which can be found in your BestBuy.com account. If you cancel or modify your enrollment after an order has been processed, you will be charged for the order as processed; your cancellation or modification will take effect at the next enrolled order date. If you cancel your enrollment and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Easy Replenish item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Easy Replenish discount for such Easy Replenish item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.

Best Buy reserves the right to change the Easy Replenish benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current enrollments.

Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges). If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify you that we are unable to process the order, and we will wait to process your order until the next scheduled shipping date based on the shipment frequency selected.

When you are enrolled, Easy Replenish will automatically create a new order according to the shipment schedule applicable to your plan, until you cancel.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your enrollment at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
