Not enough substance, too much flashy effects.
One third of this film is Alex Jones and others standing in front of a hotel in Canada where a secret meeting is taking place. Lots of articles referenced but it would take a large amount of time to verify the sources and come to your own conclusions.
If you like Alex Jones check out Terrorstorm. This documentary has much more substance.
