The classic mode of Etrian Odyssey Untold takes you through an updated version of the original storyline from Etrian Odyssey, but the expanded story mode takes players on a new and thrilling journey. Follow five pre-made characters, each with a unique personality and dialogue, to explore a new side of Etria on a quest to unravel the mystery of the Yggdrasil Tree's origins and uncover amnesiac gunner Frederica's hidden past. Adventurers must gather their courage to navigate new dungeon layouts, floors and enemies, but a new Grimoire Stone system gives you the ability to utilize your allies' and enemies' skills during combat to get you through.
