A: If you have a valid email address, you can set it up through that. Every week, I get weekly stats updates sent to my email about what days I walked the most/burned the most calories, etc. You don't always need a smart phone!

A: The small is for wrists 5.5 - 6.7 inches, and the large is form 6.7 - 8.1 inches, so if your wrist is 6.10 (or 6..1), then you will fit into a small. If you want the tracker to be looser, you might want to get the Large.
