I was excited to receive this item. It arrived dented and I had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. The replacement came dented as well. Not so sure where or how this very same appliance was dented whether at the warehouse or in the factory it was built and packaged in! I am completely disappointed and frustrated. The customer service representative offered money off the original price, but I refused because how do I know that the item isn’t damaged from the dent? I just want a perfect condition wine fridge - what I paid for! I hope the third delivery is a charm!

It looks nice. It’s rather expensive. I bought one because a) I needed a cooler like this and b) my other appliances are GE Profile. But, like most other reviewers, I’ll add that this unit is NOISY. If you install it in a separated pantry, no one will care. But if you plan to install it anywhere near humans trying to enjoy tv or wine it’s WAY too noisy. 90% of the time is running a fan (louder than a hot computer fan) or gurgling (i.e., boiling refrigerant). Others, find the gurgling annoying. I find the fan annoying. Today, I tried adding wine to the lowest two racks to find that they are shorter than all of the other racks and WON’T HOLD A STANDARD BOTTLE OF WINE (not at all). So, 50% of the lower “red wine” storage area is USELESS. …and that’s on top of the fact that EVERY SHELF is undersized so you often can’t store a full “specified” number of bottles. This only stores 44 bottles in a “technical” way. There’s ACTUALLY only storage for 32 (possibly 36, depending on bottle width/length) bottles of wine. NOT 44. Yes, there are 44 “slots”. Every slot is too narrow. The lowest two racks are so short they won’t hold a standard bottle of wine at all. They are only suitable for a 1/2 height “thing” (can of soda, etc). Don’t waste your money, as I have, on this one. I won’t be returning mine but if I had know what I was really buying I would have made a different choice.

I like the refrigerator but wish it had a back adjustable foot so it could be raised higher there as well. Also the instructions said to remove the packing bar in front and we could not do that without stripping the screws. We left it on and it should be fine I hope.
