A: That is therein reason that I returned this toaster oven. I even called GE's customer service, and she told me that you can only use the settings that were set by the manufacturer. She also said that I would have to figure out if my oven ran "hot" or "cold" and then I could select the closest temperature to cook my food--how horrible.
A: I’ve been having the same problem. Also - my Toaster Oven has a loud whirring sound when I run it- almost like the fan is caught up on something. I’m returning mine!
A: The exterior dimensions are 18” wide x 14.75” deep (including the handle) x 11” high. The interior dimensions are 13” wide x 11” deep (on the rack) and 12” deep (to the door) x 7” high.

Q: The the interior stainless steel? Is there any plastic on the inside of the oven’s cooking area?
A: Inside is stainless steel and no plastic
Q: Does this have a slide out crumb tray or how do you remove crumbs from the bottom?
A: Hi jmax, thanks for your question! Yes, this model comes with a crumb tray. To remove it, you'll grasp the underside of the tray, this is located near the front of the microwave, at the bottom. Then, you can gently pull it out and wash. Wash with diluted dish soap and a soft sponge. Be sure to dry it well and set it back firmly into the unit before operating again.
