A: I had the 8 Plus and it fit. It stretches over the phone, so I imagine that it would fit over an otter box as well.

A: It stretches, but it’s not loose on the phone. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, measures 2-3/4” x 5-5/8”. Don’t know what the dimensions are on your phone. It might be a little difficult to get the corner straps around the phone with the added thickness of the case you have, but I think you could do it.
