Item did not match the description
I have used Best Buy to purchase online open or used box items in the past. Overall, 9 times out of 10 the item does not match the actual description. I didn’t wanna send it back because I could find another band. So, I had to end up purchasing a separate band for my watch. The watch itself was in great condition. I have no issues that other than having to purchase a separate band. Please be aware that most of the time the item does not match the description.

Apple watch ultra refurbished review
Since buying my redurbised apple watch ultra with the trail band in October. The band has started to fray a little with normal wearing. Since it’s refurbished, its out of warranty with best buy and apple. So which is really frustrating since the band is starting to shred a little. The watch itself works great and was in great condition. I will rethink of buying another refurbished watch in future do to the warranty issue.

Aplle watch ultra
The watch was perfect no scratches battery was 98%. The band was different but no big deal. Everyone complaining about the band i got a different band Love it.
