misleading advertising
Everything is fine, the MacBook is in perfect condition and everything works correctly, except that at the time of purchase the product said it was 512g and when I received it the box was also marked as having 512g of storage but the computer only had 256g, I called customer service a couple of times and went to the office once and they only told me they couldn't help me and they couldn't resolve anything for me, the truth is it's unfair that they offer you something with a certain memory capacity and give you something with less capacity and nobody can do anything to help you about it

Scam
The brand new maxbook air is only $20 more. They mark up the refurbished and offer a bigger discount, while zooming in on the photo of the refurbished and zooming out on the new mac book air. I cant wait to return my macbook once it gets delivered. Best buy customer care also did nothing about it. Did not care. Last time using best buy. Why would anyone want a refurbished macbook over a brand new one?
