Q: Will this work with the HERO7? It not is there a different floating case that will?
A: This one is designed just to work with the HERO8 Black. You'll want to look for a Floaty for the HERO7 to use with that camera.
A: The GoPro sits toward the front of the Floaty, so if nothing else is attached, it's going to be heavier toward the front, meaning it will be pointing with the lens down into the water.
Q: Does this work with the waterproof plastic case?
A: This Floaty fits directly over the camera, so it can not be used along with the protective housing. For that setup, you may want to look at using the GoPro Handler
Q: Does the floaty have an attach point for a lanyard?
A: Yes it does but the lanyard doesn’t come with it
A: The additional weight of the 3-Way mount would likely be too much for the Floaty to support. If you with this with a handheld mount, the Handler would be a great option.
Q: Does this work with a mouth piece mount
A: Yes, you can connect the Bite mount to the HERO8 Black, even when the HERO8 Black is in the Floaty.
