Designed for easy self-replacement, our sound tubes are available in three sizes - medium being the kit default. Two same-side tubes per pack. The condition of your sound tubes is vital since they carry the amplified sound from the hearing aid into the ear canal. Ear tubes need to be replaced from time to time as the medical grade silicone material wears and becomes discolored, crimped, torn, clogged and/or brittle.

  • Maintenance: Thin tubes need to be reguarlly cleaned to maintain clear sound. You should replace them from time to time according to your wax and sweat production. We find most of our customers replace their thin tubes every few months.
  • Pack: 2 thin tubes/pack
  • Style: Thin tubes for BTE (behind-the-ear) models HA-302/802

Q: Can you give me size of these? The ones I have are too short. Ty!

A: Hi Kathy, great question! The length of the thin tubes are as follows for large, medium, and small respectively: 1.5 inches, 1.25 inches, and 1.125 inches. These measurements are taken from the center of each end with the tubes sitting flat.

Q: What are these? How do they work?

A: Hi! This product is a consumable thin-tube designed specifically for the HearingAssist HA-302, HA-802, and EAZE Classic. When the thin-tube on your hearing aid becomes old, discolored, clogged, or crimped, you can remove and replace them! Its as easy as taking a bottle cap on or off - lefty loosey, righty tighty. Just apply a slight firm pressure when putting a new set of thin tubes on your hearing aids. The integrity of your thin tubes helps to ensure you are receiving the correct sound from your hearing aids. When the thin tube is damaged, feedback, whistling, poor amplification and other issues can arise.
