Can I change my Curbside Pickup order?
Yes. Customers can modify Curbside Pickup orders. For example, you may switch to a different store location. However, Curbside Pickup is not available at all stores; so, you’ll need to confirm that Curbside Pickup is available at the store location you’ve selected, by looking for the “Eligible for Best Buy Curbside Pickup” designation when modifying your order. If the store you select does not offer Curbside Pickup, you may switch to our Store Pickup option, but you'll have to come inside the store to pick up your order. You may also modify your order to have it shipped to your home or another address.
What if no one brings my products out to my car when I arrive at the store?
Please let us know when you arrive at the store by responding to the SMS text message, email or mobile app link you received when you placed your order. At that point, a Blue Shirt will bring your order to your car.
Who can pick up your order?
Our Store Pickup options are currently limited to Curbside Pickup only. You may drive up to pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, select that option during checkout. You’ll be asked to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number. They’ll need to show their ID and the order number during the Curbside Pickup process at the store. Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items. To change the person picking up your order, go to your order details and select Make Changes.
Can I cancel my Curbside Pickup order?
Yes. You may cancel at any time. We’ll hold your Curbside Pickup items at the store for 5 days. If you don’t pick up your items by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
How do I return a Curbside Pickup order?
Like any other Best Buy order, Curbside Pickup orders may be returned to the store, and are subject to the terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange Promise.
Go to BestBuy.com/Stores and look up your store's hours and status. If your store is open, bring your products back with proof of purchase and ID to the customer service desk inside the store. If local regulations have prohibited us from re-opening your local store, you may return your item(s) via our curbside service.
