Q: Do you have to use the timer or will it stay on all night?
A: Beth, I put it on my favorite setting "Thunderstorm" when I cannot seem to sleep. I myself never use the Timer (30M, 60M, 90M). Simply put, I just keep it on until it is time for me to wake up and shut the system off. Hope this helps.

A: This machine is wonderful. The cycle on the sounds is absolutely seamless, no noticeable repeat. Never slept better.
Q: Can Headphones be used with this machine to not disturb others?
A: Hi, I looked over the unit and do not see anyplace headphones could be plugged in. I don't know if it's Bluetooth capable because I've never needed to use it with headphones. I wish I could tell you more definitively, sorry!
Q: Can the unit be dual powered, either by wall outlet AC or battery operation?
A: Only wall outlet. No battery.
A: You cant stop the pausing in between the noise for this therapy machine
A: Of the 5 or so that we have owned only the newest one (which has not failed yet) has not completely stopped on one sound. One unit resumed that particular sound after being unplugged for more than a day but it was then still unreliable. It seems to be a problem with the unit. We would not keep buying them except that that one sound is the only one that helps cover my Wife's tinnitus and we cannot find that sound anywhere else.
