Super M-wave!
This microwave is great. It's extremely simple, no crazy programming required. It does have an interesting feature in that if you put food in, and don't hit "start" right away, it resets and won't start until you tell it what to do again. This is a safety feature that prevents you from starting it when empty. It's quite, it's powerful and easy to clean.

Great deal for the money!!
Great value for the money. So many settings yet easy to learn. Easy to install. We love it, didn’t realize how badly our older one was working until we replaced it.

Second time a charm
I first ordered this microwave oven on July 18 but when it was delivered for installation it was found to have been damaged (probably dropped). The installer sent it back. Had to wait 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive and it was installed on August 29. Was an awfully long wait. The installer, Daniel, did a great job both times.
