(I’m not from support team or anything either) but if you are wanting to add more Gbs of ram, you will have to make sure you use the same brand and size as mixing brands will Work, BUT it wouldn’t be best for preformance. So let’s say you got Cruical Ballisix 16GB ram stick. It would be recommended to get another from the same manufacturer, same size, and frequency to make things easier, but one thing to look for is what generation the ram stick is. Never use an older generation with an newer one as it will not work properly nor work at all.
