Q: Will this work wirelessly with an IPhone or Android phone? If not will it work with a wire?
A: I've actually managed to go full wireless with the phone. Connect the HyperX wireless usb stick to the phone through a microusb/typeC adaptor. Might not work for iOS, but it sure does for Android (not all versions maybe). Hope this helps

A: No, the color of the RGB cannot be changed.
Q: Does this headset have any form of surround sound, such as 7.1 Lossless Virtual Surround Sound?
A: It has stereo sound, but it does have 50mm drives so it’ll sound very crisp
A: As a telecom engineer this should work fine with your “soft phone” or program. Most likely you’ll need to check the program settings and select this headset as your default Bluetooth device. You may find that some features like auto answer and disconnect are limited by the program not the headset. Used mine for calls on different systems.
Q: How do you charge IT? How does it connect to the PC - USB or what?
A: You charge it via a micro usb cable that comes with the product. It connects to the PC via the usb wireless adapter, you just plug the adapter into a usb port on your pc and it will connect.
A: Hi, my experience was that the unit always turns off when you connect the audio jack, though was not able to test what happens if not charged at all, but I think should not be a problem. The problem, in my case, was that the 3.5mm input was too wide and input jacks didn't tight and then it don't seems to be working. So the trick is to find an audio cable with a base in the male jack so this base helps the jack to keep it connected and then you will hear the audio. Hope it helps...
Q: How good are they at conceling loud noises in the background.... For example (Stomping feet....)
A: Its great, the audio cancels out everything almost unless its right next to you, you wont hear it. ive had this headset for about 3 months and its amazing! Would buy 10/10
