A: Honestly this pc is overkill if he is only going to play Fortnite. Look for more affordable models of ibuypower. Even a rtx 2060 is more than enough. I have a Gtx 1650 and it runs the game fine. I get around 150 fps with the performance mode (pro mode) on in the game. Cooling works fine.
