Q: I found the tiny switch to change hearing but nothing. Is working! I've turned it to the right and than to the left nothing!

A: These are not volume reduced headphones. They do have a built In microphone which allows calls to be received when listening on a smartphone. Please turn the volume up on the phone/device. Q: The headphones are producing sound but i cannot hear the words i just hear the beat of the music but no words please i need help what can i do to fix this problem because i need it urgently

A: Change the audio source. If you area streaming from an App, restart/power cycle the mobile device and try a different app, then try to listen to audio without an App that is already downloaded to the mobile device.
