Insignia™ - 25' Audio Cable - Black

Bought one them (NS-HZ517) last week and it worked great. I just bought another one today (NS-HZ517), got home, took it out of the new, unopened package and noticed immediately that each cable diameter is smaller that the one I got last week. It's the same model # as the last one I got. Insignia doesn't list a wire gauge in the description so I'm wondering if they did some behind the scenes cost cutting in manufacturing by either reducing the wire gauge or the thickness of the insulation. I'll take it back tomorrow and see if the other package on the shelf is the same. I want the thicker one if it's available. INSIGNIA should list the wire gauge in the description

These cords did what I needed and will hopefully last a long time before needing replacement.

Hefty rca cables, was going to use them for my car audio but ended up being a tad bit short

I’ve bought multiple of these. They work great to go from the radio to an amp for different boat speaker systems and haven’t had any issues with moisture from them being in boats. Different boats after being on the water in the sun all day long will build up moisture in the compartments. Causing different electrical components to corrode and fail. This being a house hold or car audio acc. Shouldn’t be in that environment. But unfortunately it’s the only choice in order to put the stereo system in correctly so far haven’t had one issue with these. Have had others that failed do to what I explained. Will be buying more as I do more systems.

Loved that I can walk into a brick and mortar and walk out with a basic bit necessary audio cable.

Wowzers these babies really worked... the color coding really help me match them to the right plug in the back of my stereo... it was like Geranimals... except for tech geeks.
