Can't be beat for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about this tv. I figured I would wait 1 month before I wrote a review. For the amount spent ($700) you cannot find a better tv for the money. I own 2 other insignia tv's so I'm familiar with them. Let me tell you won't be disappointed, once you find the sweet spot in the picture settings. This isn't a oled so don't expect that level if picture quality, this is an affordable tv that will give you a really nice picture.

Excellent TV for incredible price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A most excellent television! We bough the 55 inch 1080 Insignia 10 8 years ago and it was wonderful. When we saw this 65 4K Insignia for less than we bought that 55 inch tv we just had to get it. Insignia is a great brand that never fails. This smart tv starts up almost instantly- just turn it on and a couple seconds later it's on! Not like other tvs where you have to wait 20-30 seconds just for the picture to come on. We currently have a blu-ray player and an apple tv plugged in to it and the tv does upscale 1080 picture- though not all the way up to 4K of course.

Nice bang for the buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 65 “ iis sleek, has great picture quality and I love the built in Roku. The sound quality is not bad but iI already had a surround sound system that Ive had for 10 years, so I had to buy an optic cable to hook up to the tv. Overall great buy for the money. Pic is clear and crisp and of course if you have cable you can program the cable remote to use with the tv if you don’t want to use the roku remote. By the way the Roku remote does have volume control for the tv located on the side of the remote.

LOVE the 55” so I got a 65” too
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the 55” Insignia 4K TV earlier this year and absolutely love it, from the sharp vivid display down to the Roku integration and ease of use. I went ahead and bought the 65” and love it as much if not more since the screen is larger, the 55” bezel is a metallic brushed material which was one of the initial factors on why I bought it, as to where the 65” is a gloss black which I don’t like. Overall I definitely recommend this TV over any competing brand in its class of 4K UHD TVs especially the non Roku ones, any other smart TVs UI is no match, even more expensive ones

Insignia 65" Smart 4K Ultra HD Roku TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this TV for about two months now. It was our first ever Smart TV purchase, but second Best Buy Insignia brand TV purchase! To have Roku included was an all-in-one bonus. We bought it based solely on reviews as our local store had it out of stock at the time of purchase, so we did not see it beforehand. It's a steal of a deal, can't beat the price! It has been a treat for our family as we upgraded to this 65" Smart 4K UHDTV from a 32" non-Smart LED TV. The design is sleek. Works great with our Xbox One and TV antenna. The 4K Ultra HD quality is phenomenal. Setup and installation was a breeze. We mounted it onto the wall in our living room. Only con I can think of is that the speaker sound could be better when watching Hulu or Netflix. Otherwise sound is really good, don't have to go higher than 10 most other times. Did experience a glitch with it sort of starting screensaver mode while still playing the sound of what we were watching on Netflix in the background, but powering off and back on resolved that. Haven't had it since, fingers crossed. Overall, solid quality product - would highly recommend it. Definitely one of those "only @ Best Buy" gems!

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a big fan of Roku as I had cut cable and opted for Playstation Vue for live TV. The Roku TV is easy to use as it opens up right to the apps like a normal Roku. The only issue but isn't with the TV is that Netflix will Glitch and PS Vue app on the TV is a different app than whats on the sticks. There is no guide on the TV app as it is on the Sticks and on the playstation. The quality of the picture is good as I was coming from a 50 inch HDtv. Everyone who has watched something is wow'd at the quality especially at the price I paid.

So far so good.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just returned the TCL S405. After reading all the reviews of the TV and being very disappointed l with it, I was Leary of all the great reviews of the This Tv. Initial impressions are great. The sound is phenomenal, and whoever says otherwise Is not telling the truth. This thing puts out great sound. The picture looks great with the right content. My 1080i dish looks passable at best, so I don’t think the uoconverting is that great. Overall I’m very happy with this for $650. Hopefully it holds up and doesn’t break down.

Q: QuestionIs the embedded Roku app on this TV a no-cost streaming service or is a monthly subscription required?
Asked by Mertz.
- A:Answer Roku isn't really an app. It's an operating system. Like Windows on your computer. With it you can download apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Hulu itself is free, what apps you download will usually be paid services.
