A: The Flip 6 adds a tweeter so it has improved treble sound. It also adds that it's also "dustproof". To me though, the big news (that they don't seem to mention) is that the JBL mobile app includes an equalizer for the Flip 6. You can adjust bass/mid/treble by +/- 2 notches. So you can make an already great sounding speaker sound even better with tweaks provided in the app!
A: I am sorry but there is a HUGE difference in the sound between the JBL Flip 6 model with serial number starting with GG VS TL. There are multiple YouTube videos explaining the differences between the two versions and clearly the specs and/or the sound quality aren't the same.
A: 20 watts for the woofer, 10 watts for the tweeter. The addition of a tweeter is new for the Flip 6 compared to the Flip 5.
