This workout is a good workout. If you do what she says, you can reach some great strength goals.
I have one huge hangup. My time in the morning is precious and very limited. It makes no sense to make a 20 minute workout that has a 10 minute intro that can't be bypassed to just get to the main menu and start the workout as soon as possible. Skipping the intro is impossible, but I can skip the commercials for biggest loser stuff. However, that means I have to babysit the dvd until it gets to the commercials that can be bypassed and then wait some more for the second group of intro stuff.
For a while I've put up with it and tried to work around it, but when I wake up and I'm ready to workout, I don't want to have to wait 10 minutes to to be able to initiate the workout on the dvd. This is enough to make me not want to utilize this video and just go back to one I have in my arsenal already.
