A: I would not recommend wearing them in the shower. You can wear them when working out. Sweat will not harm them but allow them to dry before placing them back in the charge box.

Q: How is the volume quality, can I get a high volume with these?
A: They could be slightly louder but they probably like that because they have a smaller speaker for being a small earbud. I recommend the JLab icons, those are louder and those are the favorite ones.
