Best buy doesn't sell movies anymore, so will this get read?

One of my favorite movies even looks better in HDR 4K

This review as nothing to do with this movie; it's a fine movie, well written, with exceptional acting and directing. No this review is about the inept, callous and moronic online order / return process of Best Buy. I ordered four 4K Movies on Black Friday, three of which arrived brand new, sealed and pristine. However, Joker arrived, damaged, opened and an obvious returned item. I initiated a return, sent photos, talked to a rep and got a UPS return label - returned the movie via UPS. Two weeks later, instead of receiving a credit or a new movie, Best Buy sent me the same damaged movie back, stating "It's against their Policy to accept damaged / open Movies". It appears it's okay for Best Buy to send damaged / open movies to online shoppers though. Call the 1-888 number and talked to a person whose native language is anything but English. He tried, was very polite, but didn't have a clue what to do, and since it had already been returned to me as a refused item, could not issue a return or replacement or credit. He suggested I drive to the nearest Best Buy store and talk to a Manager....which is what I plan to do as I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO BUT DRIVE XX miles to deal with another pin head., since three of their employees have already shown their inability to perform a minor function such as (1) Send a new unopened / undamaged movie (2) Read the reason for a return and Accept and credit the customer instead of wasting money and time sending said opened / damaged movie back to the customer and finally (3) at least try to be able to solve the issue instead of making the customer waste their time going to a store, which they didn't want to do in the first place which is why they ordered the item online. BEST BUY IS A COMPLETE FAIL ON THIS SALE in every way possible. Just glad it was only a movie and not something of real value, which now, I would never consider attempting to purchase from WORST BUY...............

Joker is probably hands down the best movie of 2019. An absolute must see. It's more than just a comic book movie for another comic book character. This is in depth with some very close to home, real world issues while slowing watching a mentally ill man descend into utter madness

Get this movie, it is an instant classic. No spoilers here but prepare yourself for a deep emotional experience. At the end of this movie you’ll won’t look at society the same. It’s a movie based on a fantasy character but the emotion and story telling of this film is as if it was based on a true story, simply because what takes place in the film happens everyday in this cruel unforgiving world! 6 stars without a question!

Forever alone in a crowd, failed comedian Arthur Fleck seeks connection as he walks the streets of Gotham City. Arthur wears two masks -- the one he paints for his day job as a clown, and the guise he projects in a futile attempt to feel like he's part of the world around him. Isolated, bullied and disregarded by society, Fleck begins a slow descent into madness as he transforms into the criminal mastermind known as the Joker.

Steelbooks are great, especially when it's for movies that are important to you. JOKER was simply one of the absolute best movies of the past year and it gets the Steelbook treatment it deserves. I've bought many Steelbooks from Best Buy in the past and this is one of the best they've ever released. The cover is glossy and vibrant, with a close-up of Joker in his red suit on the talk show for the front and the iconic image of him dancing on the stairs for the back. The interior has the shot of Joker applying his makeup in the mirror. As for the quality of the film itself, it looks better than ever at home in 4K. The film is a must-own and this Steelbook is the absolute best way to own it.

This is a excellent film. Joaquin Phoenix does a brilliant job in it, and deserves a Oscar for it. PQ/AQ are both fantastic and the SteelBook is beautiful.
