Q: Does a griddle come with this model ? If not what is the accessories item number to purchase ?

A: Yes, this model comes with a griddle. The large griddle fits over two burners and goes from the front to the rear of the stovetop. It has a “well” to collect the grease that may come from any meats that are fried upon it.

Q: Is the middle burner oval or round?

A: Center burner is a round medium size. Burners are: 2 Large, 2 Medium and 1 small.

Q: Does this range need access to a water line for the steam clean feature to work?

A: Hello, No this unit does not require a water line. For the Aqualift the water gets poured directly into the unit. We hope this helps.

Q: Is the stainless steel tough to clean with burnt on stains? Is there a solution anyone recommends to prevent burn marks on the ss?

A: We're using Bartender's Friend, as a salesman recommended, and are able to keep clean so far. Only had a few small burn spots, I left Friend on for a few minutes, then gently scrubbed with sponge, and they came off.

Q: Hi, I have gas stove model KFGG500EBS and when I turn on the oven there is a lot of steam coming out of the oven even it is empty, just preheating it. Is these a problem, or is normal?

A: Hi Pete, I’ve had my stove for a month or two now but Ive only used the oven once or twice. I didn’t notice the steam that you are talking about. My question to you is did you did the first time “burn in” thing that the manual tells you to do before using it to cook with?
