A: Hi Rustyone13, The precise heating bowl will heat from 70° to 220° F (21° to 104° C) in two degree increments. Unfortunately at this time KitchenAid does not offer a precise heat mixing bowl that will heat to 250 degrees.
Q: why do you need a heated bowl?
A: to make sabayon, to temper chocolate, to make some buttercreams, to make seven minute whipped icing...........etc........
Q: What is the capacity of the bowl?
A: The Precise Heat Mixing Bowl will melt 12 oz of chocolates and simmer 2 cups of water.
Q: How hot does it get for making candy
A: The Precise Heat Mixing Bowl can be programmed up to 202 degrees.
Q: under what voltage this machine works ? Can i switch to temperature Celcius ?
A: Yes, this model can be set for Celsius. This model is 110V.
Q: Does it fit any kitchenaid standmixer model?
A: It fits most mixers. I have a 6qt that it fits.
