Klipsch - HD Theater SB 3 Soundbar with 10" Wireless Subwoofer

This Soundbar is incredible. I researched for 3 weeks on every site I could find. I read countless reviews and learned more than I ever thought I would about sound quality, and it all led to this Soundbar. I took a risk and bought it online without hearing it in the store because they didn't have one in stock, but I made that decision way after doing all the research. When I finally got it, I was so satisfied. This is the one you want. If you want a Soundbar and this price fits your budget, it doesn't get much better than this. I can tell you that I did the research and nothing compared to this Soundbar.

I have my own home recording studio so am a little picky about the sound I listen to. Out of the box this system was a great improvement to the general sound that my TV produced on its own. Still, I was not happy with the bass as it seemed a little weak to me, even when the volume control on the back of the sub was pushed to the max. In the long run I ended up running the RCA outputs through a 15 band graphic EQ which I then tweeked to push the bottom end to where it brought a smile to my face. For most people, the out of the box sound will be just fine though. My wife seemed to be happy with it - but when I hooked up the EQ and kicked up the bass it gave it the WOW factor I was looking for. My wife agreed to keeping the EQ in the system so I bought another for my recording room. Now everyone's happy!

I was debating between soundbars by Klipsch, Bose, and Sonos. I have the Bose SIE2i headphones, and respect the sound quality Bose delivers. I have the Klipsch Gallery G-17 speaker, and love the overall sound experience. I ended up going with Klipsch, because of their focus on the overall sound experience. The bass is great both from the sub and soundbar. The soundbar hits the lows and mids very well. Doesn't hit the high's as well as Bose, but the SB3 definitely isn't stumbling over the highs. The only knock I have is that the soundbar was broken out of the box. I hooked it up and sound comes out and the bass works, but the receiver and control panel are broken, so I can't adjust the volume. After a few days the lights lit up and the control panel was working. It worked great for about a week and then went out again. Then started working after a few days. I obviously have a faulty soundbar. When the soundbar fully works the sound experience is incredible.

high quality sound (impressive power) - even though no custom adjustment is avail. voice quality during movies is great / music is sharp and sub fills in the lows beautifully plugged in unit & immediately it synced w/ sub & as soon as i used dvd/tv remote, the SB3 matched up right away - no probs or tech issues as of yet - enjoying great sound quality - worth the price!

Easy to install on wall which is what we wanted to do all along. Can turn the sub off if we don't want the harder boom but who are we kidding we always have it on. The sound quality is amazing. I'm sure you could get better but not for 600, good difference between highs and lows and sounds good at low volume as well.

Great sound right of the box. Why did Klipsch not add more digital inputs or equalization??? sounds great for my use.

Very pleased and satisfied with purchase. Sound is excellent and turns on when the TV is turned on.
