Q: Can I connect Alexa to this system?
A: The RW-100SW and WiSA enabled speakers are wireless speakers that utilize an Axiim Hub for wireless transmission. The Axiim Hub will connect to a compatible WiSA enabled TV via a USB connection. This system does not feature Alexa or Bluetooth connectivity.
A: The RW-100SW is not compatible with the R-15PM. The RW-100SW needs to be connected to a Reference Wireless System. You will want the R-100SW to pair with the R-15PM.
Q: Do these wisa speakers/subwoofer come with power cord? Saw one of the reviews said no?
A: Yes the one I got came with it.
Q: How do I connect this subwoofer to my Visio TV?
A: This subwoofer should connect wirelessly to any WiSa enabled device through the sound menu. If your Visio TV does not have WiSa capability, it will not be compatible.
A: I am sorry to say, but this subwoofer will only be able to connect via WiSa connection directly to a WiSa enabled device. These subwoofers will not work with a standard AV receiver

A: This subwoofer will not work with a standard AV receiver. It will connect wirelessly to any WiSa enabled device or WiSa transmitter. That transmitter will not come with the subwoofer.

A: This subwoofer does not come with a WiSa transmitter. It will connect wirelessly to WiSa enabled TV's and other devices with WiSa capability. These are not designed to work with standard AV receivers.
