A: I had mine on pre-oder for a couple months and on release day got an email saying it is "Unavailable" at the store which I pre-ordered it, and it did not show stock anywhere within 250 miles. I had no options to change my pickup preference so they emailed saying they were canceling the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best Buy REALLY screwed this one up. They better restock it.

A: Sadly, it can only be redeemed in one VOD service of your choice. You go to the website shown in the paper inside the case, and type your code, then you choose which one you would like to redeem it in. Either Google Play, iTunes, Vudu, Fandango Now or Prime Video.
