Q: What programs are on the pad and is anything geared toward 3 -4 year olds?
A: The answer to your question is no. About five games are downloaded on this LeapFrog through the company, the rest have to be charged to your credit card. I had to return the one I bought because of the misrepresentation of the product.

A: No, this tablet does not support Youtube.

A: Yes, all purchased apps from the LeapFrog App Center can be held on up to 5 devices at once. You simply need to sync the new device with the original parent account at set up.

A: No there was on slot for additional memory.
A: Yes, any games you've already purchased can be reinstalled on this. In the parental controls after you sign in, under the "Not Installed" tab you'll find all your purchased apps. Just select download on the ones you want installed.
