- A: AnswerHi, we'll take a crack at it. There are a few major factors that affect battery life, with one of them being the idle power draw of the HX CPU vs the Core Ultra H CPUs. The i7 HX CPU in this model has 20 cores vs 16 cores on the Core Ultra 7. The HX CPU is focused entirely on performance for tasks like gaming or intense software usage while the Core Ultra 7 is focused more on battery life. The Legion 7i is designed to be portable, but at its core is a gaming first device and prioritizes performance first. This, along with another factor like heightened graphics performance with an RTX 4060, having a TGP of 115W, when under heavy loads like gaming, can create a big power draw from the battery to maintain performance.

- A: AnswerHey, Feyzi. Based off the recommended system requirements that are listed on these Ubisoft (for Anno 1800) webpage (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/anno-1800/purchases-and-rewards/article/system-requirements-for-anno-1800/000061892) and Manor Lord's Steam page (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1363080/Manor_Lords/), you should be able to use a 1440 monitor with moderate (120) refresh rate without any issues. To be safe, if you want to reach towards the 165Hz+ range, you may want to stick to a lower resolution monitor (even around about 1200p should be okay) to help ensure everything run smooth. This could be truer for Manor Lords since it can be more graphically intensive. Hope this helps! If you are looking for more details or have any question, feel free to drop it in the Q&A again.

Q: QuestionDoes this have a Ethernet connection? And how well will it play fallout 4?(3 answers)
A: AnswerI too would like an answer to the ethernet port question. the spec on the Bestbuy website says it has an ethernet port - this was partly why I purchased mine, as an ethernet port is great when wi-fi is patchy.Answered by MrsB

- A: AnswerHey, we're sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Legion. Let's try to resolve this immediately. Here's some steps to follow to help resolve your issue: 1. First, ensure that the AC adapter or charger for this unit is plugged in and indicating it is charging the device by the LED next to the charging port being illuminated red (charging) or white/green (fully charged). 2. Once you have made sure the device is getting power through the charger, yet it will not turn on, power off the computer, as this system is equipped with The Novo Button – a feature used to help users with a few options, including resetting your PC. 3. There is a small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, first in line before the other ports on the right side. You will need a pin (a sim ejector tool or end of a paperclip should suffice) to push this reset button. 4. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose to reset your computer. Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. Here is a link to the pdf of the user guide for your Legion with more details on the Novo Button, as well as alternatives to get to the menu if you cannot access the Novo Button: (https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_legion_7i_16_9_ug_en.pdf) Should you need further assistance, please reach out to Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, so we can continue to assist you.

- A: AnswerHey, Cherry. We're sorry to hear that you're having internet performance issues. To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. Additionally, if there isn't a Wi-Fi driver update through Vantage, you can check to see if there is one offered through Intel. You can look via this Intel Support webpage (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html) that can scan your device and apply Intel's latest software. If after these steps your issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We then recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.

A Perfect Blend of Power, Style, and Performance
I’ve been using the Lenovo Legion 7i (16”, Glacier White) for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The design is clean and modern, and the Glacier White color gives it a premium feel that stands out in the sea of dark-colored gaming laptops. Performance-wise, this thing is a powerhouse. The Intel 14th Gen Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 handle every game I’ve thrown at it without breaking a sweat. Even on higher settings, the gameplay is smooth, and the laptop stays surprisingly cool, thanks to the excellent cooling system. The 16” WQXGA screen is a highlight—crisp visuals, vibrant colors, and a great refresh rate. Whether I’m gaming, editing videos, or just streaming movies, everything looks fantastic. The 16GB of memory and 1TB SSD are perfect for multitasking and storing a ton of games and files, with super-fast load times. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit on the heavier side, but that’s to be expected with this level of performance. Overall, it’s one of the best gaming laptops I’ve used, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid mix of performance, style, and reliability.
