A: I’m not sure but most all window units over 14,000 btu normally are 220 volts. They even have some smaller units that are 220 plugs. Smaller btu units most are 110.plugs. The spec shows 220 volts but it shows plugs as a 110 but definitely not and typo error on their website. 220 volt plug 15 amps.

Absolutely love it. It is cooling my 30'x40' shop and will get it to whatever temperature i set it to. The wifi feature is great. The cord exits the right side of the unit and is about 4' long. It can however be made to exit the left for extra reach, but a slot needs to be made in the cover. I used a die grinder and bur bit. I failed to run my receptacle close enough because i couldnt find this information online.
