Absolutely love it. It is cooling my 30'x40' shop and will get it to whatever temperature i set it to. The wifi feature is great. The cord exits the right side of the unit and is about 4' long. It can however be made to exit the left for extra reach, but a slot needs to be made in the cover. I used a die grinder and bur bit. I failed to run my receptacle close enough because i couldnt find this information online.

Works amazing!!!! Keep the living room cold. I have had it for about a month use it daily.

Didn’t have the opportunity to use. The plug was different than what my outlets are. Had to return. It didn’t specify the plug in the description. Maybe that’s something they can do is show pictures of the plug on air conditioner so one will know

Told my plug had no power but its got 240 volts so it the ragged ac unit not working and brans new. Im not happy at all! Im now in limbo waiting for another unit

Bought this last year after my central AC crapped out. Instead of replacing the central air, I bought this. Cools the entire to downstairs of my Cape Cod 1700 sq ft. house. The unit is very quiet for a large window unit. It needs a 220 hookup (outlet). It does not work in a regular old outlet. That's 110 amps. I bought smaller window units for the bedrooms, also LGs. One 6000, another 5000 BTUs. Even with the increased cost of electricity, my bill went down. Basically, instead of spending ,$7000-8000k, I spent $1100.

My second LG AC we have our home. Would never by another brand after seeing how well these two work. Great machine, very quiet, and extremely efficient. Barely saw my electric bill go up.

I was wary of buying a window unit at first. This unit has proven that it can cool off my 1200 sqft home, and it runs less than my central AC unit. My power bills are looking to be half what it was before!

I purchased this a/c unit for our store and it has not disappointed. It cools quickly, quietly and efficiently. We have only had it a little over a month but so far the prior reviews were spot on.

Great to beat the heat. Although I was searching to buy both a cooling and heating unit, this one is a great alternative. With the WiFi/Bluetooth feature it’s great to make adjustments when you’re not home.

A great smart AC! Very easy to control from the app. It shows you what is the current temperature in that particular part of the house and you can turn it on from anywhere. Super simple to set up. I am also able to control it via Alexa. Very happy with my purchase.

Great air conditioner. Comes with a sleeve for wall install. The only draw back is the cord from the front cover plate to the main unit was slightly hard to connect. Cools first floor of my bi-level home great.

I can't give an honest review on this particular unit, as I refused the unit and ordered the 14,000 BTU version, which is AMAZING BTW. The reason I refused it was because the voltage listed on LG's site is 240 volt, but the plug is incorrectly listed as 115 volt. After much research, I found an official pdf User manual and Product specification sheet, and they both said it uses a 240 volt plug. I am sure it is a fine unit if you have the 240 volt plug and can use it. The 115 variety is outstanding and would recommend.

This AC functions very well. My home is almost 1900sq ft and cools it off with no problem. Get it!

this air conditioner wasnt the easiest to install but works great and gets really cold love the wifi and alexa compatibility

This has been quietest of window units. We have owned numerous other brands and have had to always power them off when sitting in the living room, (where it is located). The dual converter is what keeps it so quiet. We have had it over a year now and just love it.

If you’re looking to get an air conditioner to cool down big spaces up, this one right here is the best!! It’s very quiet and quick to cool down the house and can get extremely cold even on the hottest day, definitely would recommend. Plus it arrived on time and was easy to install.

My house is about a 1000 square feet; tiny house. But this air conditioner is doing what it's supposed to do. Cool it down. The living room and the kitchen are designed in an open concept, so the majority of the COOL area is half of my home, considering it's where I spend the majority of the time.
