A: yes they are. I am looking at a LED light right now that I have plugged in and it burns brightly. Check the voltage and amperage of your light, though, maybe it needs more than the port provides (5V, 0.9A)

A: No, you can’t rotate it. The stand can only go up and down and tilt back and forth. If you’re going to rotate get a 16:9 ratio. Ultra wide display is not ideal for rotation since it’s so long. Not sure if there is a stand that can support that height either
