- A: AnswerMy hunch is many people who want this technology are seeking larger television screens. People seeking 48 inch televisions are likely much more budget minded and picture may not be as important. So this TV is kind of been no man’s land with respect to their marketing audience. so you’re a great TV and a good price.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the B4 model and the C4 model (OLED48C4PUA)?(1 answer)
A: AnswerHi there. Thank you for your question! We understand that you're curious about the differences between the OLED48B4PUA and OLED48C4PUA models. While both offer stunning 4K OLED displays and 120Hz refresh rates, here are a few key differences: Processor: The OLED48B4PUA features the α8 AI Processor, while the OLED48C4PUA is equipped with the more advanced α9 AI Processor Gen7, which provides better image processing and AI upscaling for enhanced picture quality. Gaming Features: The C4 model supports VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) up to 144Hz, AI Upscaling, and Game Optimizer, making it a better choice for gamers. The B4 model is still great for gaming but maxes out at 120Hz for VRR. AI Features: The C4 model also includes additional AI features like AI Picture Pro, AI Sound Pro, and AI Concierge, which are not present in the B4 model. These enhance sound, picture, and overall user experience. Audio: The C4 model has a more advanced 2.2 channel speaker system with Dolby Atmos and AI Sound Pro for a richer sound experience. The B4 model offers a standard 2.0 channel system. Both models are excellent choices, but if you're looking for a more premium experience with advanced processing, enhanced gaming, and AI features, the C4 model might be the way to go! - A: AnswerHi there, thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like there may be an issue with the HDMI connection or settings. First, ensure that you're using a high-speed HDMI cable that supports 4K at 120Hz. Additionally, check that your PS5 settings are configured to match the TV’s capabilities. If the issue persists, try changing the HDMI port or performing a firmware update on your TV. The next-gen of TVs
It's a really great picture and offers tons of user friendly features. I really like the built-in Ai systems for image and sound quality. You can have a standard definition TV channel running for a few minutes and then image enhancement makes them look like HD channels, that was pretty wild to me. The brightness also really helps counter any light glare on the screen which is really nice too. These ultimately made understand better why 4kHD TVs are becoming less expensive, the OLED really is a next level, mind blowing experience compared to them. It's night and day, I'm glad I was able to catch the Labor Day discount sale at $750, I've been wanting one for some time but couldn't find what I want for under $1000. The only down side is getting the thing out of the box without breaking the screen. The screen is very very thin, like I'm talking iPad thickness here. (I measured and it's actually 3/8 inch thick!) It's pretty heavy and there's almost no way you can pick it up without leaning it over entirely on one side to get a grip that won't damage the screen. (not a fan of that when it's a $1000 tv)

Perfect bedroom tv!
I bought this to replace a 2010 42” LG TV in my bedroom. I wanted a larger size and had been considering a 55”, but couldn’t find something to fit the quality I was looking for on my sub $800 budget. Purchased this below that price point on-sale. This doesn’t have the brightness of the higher models, but that’s not necessary for my usage where it’s typically morning or night. Plus I can control the light if I’m having a lazy day. I have a 2 year old budget LG in my office. Web OS is a much better experience on the B4, I have to admit I almost didn’t purchase this due to my experience with that underpowered processor. There was some initial slowness in Web OS when I first got the TV, which is probably due to it updating apps and software in the background. Over the next month I have not experienced that with the B4. Mine is in a corner of a 13.5’ x 12.5 bedroom. Audio from the tv speakers is decent, but I’m glad to have a Denon soundbar as I wouldn’t be happy with only the tv audio. This is my first OLED TV and the colors/ blacks are simply gorgeous. I ended up rewatching several episodes of Foundation on Apple TV, which looked phenomenal. The 65” Samsung Frame in my den doesn’t have the same punch in comparison! I’m very happy with this purchase. For my application the model and size is absolutely perfect.

Good TV for gaming and watching movies
First off, the TV itself looks amazing. Compared to my C3 I really can't tell much difference...the C3 is slightly brighter at max brightness but I never have either that bright. Gaming performance is excellent. It supports 120hz and VRR on all 4 HDMI ports. Pixel response is good, particularly in low latency mode. It also does support G-Sync and works great as a monitor. I've got mine hooked up to my gaming PC and it's been working flawlessly. The only thing that I don't like is it seems to have a bit of coil whine at high brightness levels. LG support told me it's likely coming from the power supply of the unit and it should quiet down over time. To be fair I am very sensitive to that type of high pitch noise so a normal person might not hear it at all. I'll update my review if it ends up quieting down or if I end up having the TV replaced. Overall I'm pretty happy with the B4, especially on sale for the price I paid. If it's on sale again I'd recommend it. If not, I'd wait until it is. At it's normal price you'd be better off going with a C4 for a little bit more.
