Teens across the country had the opportunity to mentor directly with Microsoft employees and participate in design workshops with product design guidance.
This is the custom Surface Pro 13" keyboard designed by the winning Best Buy Teen Tech Center® designer. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this cover will benefit the future of the next tech designers.

Meet the designer: Bella S.
“My intention behind the artwork is really to just show how there’s a hidden chaos even in the most peaceful things. The artist Pavel Piskarev was my inspiration in creating a neurographic style art. But of course, adding my own elements in the piece. Even incorporating a Zen tangle style.
“The process in creating this piece I was truly feeling the emotion I wanted to incorporate. Such as, the sensation of peace but also that sense of stress, confusion, and chaos hidden within.
“I believe another spark of my inspiration was just people in general. How some can come off as the most peaceful or joyous personalities but truly are fighting inner battles, and have their own deep chaos that they hide.”
