Q: How long is the cord?

A: About 5 to 6 feet

Q: I have a mophie charging pad. I think it is the 15w wireless charging pad. Does this have to be plugged in to charge my phone every time I want to charge it.

A: The Morphie charging pad is just that, a charging pad and not a battery. Yes, you need to plug it in for each use.

Q: Is there a removable connection between the wire and the pad itself so that I could swap out the wire and replace it with a much shorter one? If so, what type of connection is it?

A: The cable and power converter are integrated together so you will not be able to swap cables

Q: Will this work with an Apple 13 phone?

A: Sure does. I got the same phone and works perfect

Q: Will this work with an Android phone

A: It works with my Samsung S20 Ultra. Just make sure your phone has wireless charging capability.

Q: My wife and I both have Samsung G21 phones. Her phone will charge just fine on the Mophie 15W Charging Pad with her phone case on. I have to take my phone case off to get it to charge my phone. I believe we have similar cases. Is this normal?

A: Possibly. My Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra has an Otterbox Defender case. It's thicker than what is recommended to charge thru. It will charge my phone, but the phone gets too hot while charging. Since your phone charges without the case, it seems reasonable that the case is the issue.

Q: Will this charge a S22?

A: Yes it will. Although it onlt seems to be at ~10w and not the advertised 15w.

Q: Will it charge Galaxy S9 with battery case on the phone? Case Qi Wireless Charging Compatible, 4700mAh

A: My S9+ charged on it and I had the defender witch is a heavy case

    my favorite wireless charger

    This is my favorite wireless charger for overnight use. All black, non-slip surface, small/thin, and no annoying lights. Charges faster than the old 5 watt chargers. My last one from mophie didn't last and kept malfunctioning or overheating, so hopefully this one does! Not magnetic, so easy to pick up at night. Was on sale for a killer deal.

    Satisfied- works well with / without case

    I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and at the time she had an iPhone 10 Max in a case. When she put it on the charger it charged no problem no matter how she laid it on the pad. Now she has the iPhone 13 Max Pro in a case (neither were otter box case) and she said it still charges great but she has to place it on a certain way in a certain position for it to charge. She is thinking it’s probably the case and is keeping the pad.

    Sleek design and adequate charging.

    I had my eye on this wireless charger for a while now I got it on sale recently and I have to tell you I love it so much. first of all it goes with the aesthetics of my desk, it has a very sleek design. I like the fact that it has like a velvet type feel on the surface of the charger so it doesn’t scratch your scuff any of my devices, but the best part of it is even though my phone is in an OtterBox defender case it still charges it perfectly, and is able to charge it quickly enough by my standards. The charging port on my Apple AirPods pros went out any charges that as well but I tried using to charge my Apple Watch as a test but it did not charge it. The cable that comes with this wireless charges pretty long, so I am able to put it on my desk and reach an outlet. That is a few feet away from me so it’s out of the way I would definitely recommend this wireless charger. Set up was very very easy. All I had to do was plug it in and that was it.
