Q: Is this manufacturer refurbished ?

A: No, it is refurbished by Best Buy. The package is not as decent as Moto official refurbbed, but the quality should be the same.

Q: Why does this cost more than a new one

A: undefined

Q: Does it come with its original parts? like battery and such

A: The battery is non-removable, so it should be the original one. The USB cable and charger are not MOTO original and just generic ones from Best Buy (I received a Samsung charger and a Dynex cable).

Q: Any minor scratches, or distortions?

A: Cosmetically, mine was flawless, though your mileage may vary. I do have a wierd glitch with the display that makes it scramble but it goes away when I restart the phone. Customer Service thinks it's a buggy proximity sensor.

Q: Is an extended warranty avaiable ? Will this phone work with Metro pcs ?

A: it is UNLOCKED..so it should work with Metro PCS...
