Q: QuestionI have spectrum as my internet provider. The router is not very good, what is the best router with repeaters I can buy that is compatible with spectrum internet
Asked by Vinny.
- A:Answer I also have Spectrum. I installed the Netgear Orbi AX3000 several weeks ago (and took the Spectrum WIFI router back to Spectrum). They are working really well. I am getting download speeds in excess of 200 across my house. No drop offs. I would recommend this - also Armor (the security software with Netgear) is really good. Much better solution than Spectrum and it works well with Spectrum. I have had other routers that do not.

Q: QuestionI have spectrum and they provide my house telephone. Do I need to keep the spectrum router with the telephone interface and how do I interface the Orbi AX3000 to the existing router? Do I turn off the router WIFI and wire up the orb to a router port?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I also have spectrum for house phone. I have total tech and the geek squad came in and connected whatever needed wi fi like my tvs and computers to the router. I don't think a router has anything to do with the phone. Ask a worker at best buy.
