NEXT - Sport Band Watch Strap for Apple Watch® 38mm and 40mm - Gray

First, the actual color of the watch band is very close to the color on the sides of the box. The front of the box photo is a bit darker. Color is light lavender. The loop end of the one side stays against your skin. The snap side slides over the loop and then under the loop strap. It took some getting used to before I could put it on easily in the morning. One tip, if your hand is small enough. When you remove the watch, do not completely remove the snap side. Snap it in the last hole and then slide your hand out. Repeat in the morning in reverse, then unsnap and move the snap into it's correct position. Doing this prevents fussing with the snap and trying to get it through the loop every morning. Overall, I am satisfied with this band. It's as comfortable to wear as the standard Apple watch band, the color is nice and it goes well with the gold bezel of the Apple watch series 4.

The band enters through a loop like the band that comes with the Apple Watch does and adjusts to your desired position, but after you attach the dot to the band, it is not secured by anything else. If you rub the end of the band near the dot it will EASILY DETACH. It happened to me a few times so I planned on returning it, but before I could it happened again and fell off with the Apple Watch attached of course and caused the Apple Watch to fall from waist high face down and shattered the screen. There is nothing Apple will do to repair it without $300 and there is no customer service for the NEXT sport band for Apple Watch. This is the worst band and I hope that Best Buy will stop carrying the item in stores and online.

I bought this product because of how affordable it was. But you know how the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Compared to my Apple watch band that came with my watch versus this band, you’re just better off sticking to the bands created by Apple or a different brand. The band kept coming apart at random moments throughout the day, so I was always worried that it would fall off without me noticing, thus me losing my watch. That’s a problem I never had with my band from Apple. Also this band is not that comfortable to wear versus the bands from Apple. I sound like a Apple advocate lol, but I just don’t recommend this brand.

This is a much cheaper band than the actual Apple Watch band so you get what you pay for. It slid in the watch fairly well, but the style and clasp of the band is totally different from the original. I didn’t like that look. Made the watch look and seem cheap and it was not very easy to to clasp for me. I brought it back and exchanged it for something else. I like quality so I’ll probably splurge and get the real watch band in black. It’s something you can have forever, so spend the money especially if you’re like me and not interested in switching out bands that much.

This Apple watch band was purchased for the 38mm 2nd generation watch. It is made of good quality materials. The silicone is thick and bends nice. It am sure it will hold up to use well. The only thing is it really doesn't fit the watch super well. Its okay but definitely isn't as precise as the factory Apply band that came with the watch. When you compare the OEM band to this one, there are clearly differences in the molding process that makes the end result a little bit off. That said, it looks good and works very well. It looks nice with the watch and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

This strap is a lovely color and is extremely sturdy. It’s thick and has just the right amount of flex in it. But - and this is a big but - with the strap fastening on the outside, it gets caught a lot. On clothing, desks, car doors.... For some people this would be absolutely fine but I tend not to notice until my watch is almost off. I’ll need to buy a new strap and will stick with an Apple product this time. But, if you can keep an eye on your watch and refasten it quickly, this is a great option for the price.

There's nothing wrong with this band. It's super soft and comfortable, it's a deep jet black, and looks good with the Watch. The problem is that the loop side flairs out too much, and the the post side (unlike the Apple bands, they are not on the same side) doesn't tuck into the other side, making it possible for the band to catch on something and come undone. Like I said, there's nothing actually wrong with it, there's just not enough right with it. But if you just need a cheap alternative to your Apple band, it's okay.

The sport band was ok but what I didn't like was it seemed to be the opposite of the Apple watch band that came with the watch as far as clasping it. I like that the Apple band slides under the band making a smooth look on the outside. This band clasped with the band on the outside and with a very small wrist you could see it sticking out. I ended up returning it. That was just my personal opinion, the band itself seemed to be quite sturdy and would do the job.
