Fast, Sharp, Affordable Lens For Any Photographer
Owned for 1 month by when reviewed.I no longer own this because I swapped to a 24-70mm f2.8. But this lens provided everything I needed to walk around and get the shot. Sure it doesn’t have zoom and it is a 1.8 for $600, but if you move your feet and take the photo you are going to be amazed. Easily this is the best 50mm I have ever used, the colors you get with Nikon are amazing, the sharpness for this lens is great. It can’t be beat unless you buy faster glass that suit your needs. For a first lens you should buy it.
