It's more of a novelty than anything else. The hot dogs tend to take much longer than the buns so be careful with the potential of burning the buns. I ended up doing the buns after the hot dogs to prevent this. I got this on a promo, but probably would not buy it again, especially at full price.

Doesn't cook the same like an old fashion grilled hotdog. I would only recommend this if your unable to have a grill. Even at that point you would be better off boiling your hotdog.

It burned the buns and undercooked the hot dogs. I bought two and returned one.
