    Now You See Me
A team of talented illusionists called "The Four Horsemen" (played by Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, and Dave Franco) are investigated by a resolute FBI agent (Mark Ruffalo) following a series of brazen heists that leave their audiences swimming in cash while draining the bulging bank accounts of unscrupulous business leaders. We watched this on Blu-ray for the first time after it came out, and didn't have major expectations. Rented it on Redbox, and immediately began enjoying it. Besides having a stellar cast, nice mix of super-seasoned, well-respected actors, to new stars, to up and coming rising stars. We've seen them all before, but they did a great job as an ensemble. The movie worked well as they started showing the main character's backgrounds (where appropriate), then moved into the main plot (or so we think). There was action, drama, suspense, and a few more things to enjoy. My wife and I liked this so much, we decided to go buy the Blu-ray. Only real downfall for me for the Blu-ray itself, is my forever contention--content. There's very little in the way of extra-features, but to be honest, in a movie like this, maybe the amount is actually appropriate.

Movie Quality: If you liked the movies such as The Prestige, The Illusionist, or similar kind, you are guaranteed to love this one. Clever story line, good acting, fast action, and loads of magic - all keep you hooked until the very end. Personal Rating: 4.5/5. Video Quality: Although somewhat cinema-like, I found the color pallet of this movie is very close to life-like. Facial details and background look sharp, black level is very strong - you can separate the shadows. No noticeable judders. Overall video quality is excellent. Personal Rating: 4/5. Audio Quality: The DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 track sounds amazing. Fidelity is top notch and dynamic range is extremely wide. Dialogues are crystal clean and surrounds are very distinguishable. Didn't notice any distortion at all. Personal Rating: 4.5/5

The Good: The Xbox One S is a slick looking game console that's 40 percent smaller than the original and ditches the infamously gigantic power brick. It can display 4K video from streaming services and Ultra HD Blu-rays, and supports HDR contrast on video and games. The updated controller works with other Bluetooth devices, too. The Bad: 4K, Ultra HD Blu-ray and HDR settings only work with newer TVs, and may require some trial and error. The updated controller feels cheaper than its predecessor. Project Scorpio, the more powerful Xbox One successor, arrives in late 2017. The Bottom Line: The Xbox One S is the console Microsoft should have delivered three years ago, but there's little reason to upgrade if you already own the original box.

I've been waiting for years to finally get a solid source of 4k aside from Netflix and finally 4k bluray has arrived. It's not the best 4k I've seen so far but it's obviously a sharper image than 1080p. My 4K doesn't support HDR1000 just UHD Super colour so with out it turned on the colors are a bit more dull. But when you activate the UDC it pops so close to HDR you can't tell the difference unless you have one of the really expensive high end 4k tvs that specialize in black saturation. Otherwise good movie and I'm looking forward to part 2 in 4k. Also note that at the time of this post this disc will not work on Xbox one s and some 4ks are hit or miss on the console to KEEP THE RECEIPT. Best Buy was willing to work with me on this one.

After the purchase of Now you see me 2 made by my husband. I realized we had never seen the first one. So, low and behold there it was. Upon purchase as a gift we had sat down to watch it only to make it to the very end (and by this point already in suspense) to have a flawed disk. No matter how many times we stopped and restarted, took the disk out tried to clean the dvd player.... it just would not play. Took it back, and they exchanged the copy.... brought it home and ta da!!!!! Relief :) This movie is so amazing, unlike its predecessor, I love the magic scene, and, this one pulled you into it. One mystery at a time, and kept you guessing. The second.... well, I'll let you be the judge of that.

Nope, it was an overrated movie talking about the world's greatest illusionists. There were not enough of the main characters that were Real People of the Real America. We are people of color with different cultures from all around the world living in America so why can't Hollywood get it right in selecting more of diversity main cast members. Love the fact that they had two older men but what about including two older women that are illusionists too as well. Need more international actors and actresses that could have played those roles so much better.

I was iffy on watching this movie, with the mixed reviews the critics gave it but I ended up buying it anyway for my collection. Let me say, it surprised me! The acting is very well done by everyone, and there isnt really anyone you dislike and want to fail in this movie. Some parts you want the magicians to prevail, the other times you want Ruffalo and the police to win. The plot is original, its not just another movie about magic. There are twists that you do not see coming and it just keeps you on the edge of your seat. Definitely pick this movie up!

Owned this on bluray, upgraded to the UHD 4k version. The movie is great overall, cant wait to see the 2nd one. The quality of the uhd is amazing, its nice to see it in nice crisp clear video, so crisp its like your almost there yourself. The ONLY complaint i have is not with the movie itself, its that it comes with both the theaterical version and extended version, but the UHD ONLY comes wiht the theaterical, if you want the extended which has an extra 10 mins of footage, you have ot watch the bluray. Very disappointed that Lionsgate did that.
