A: No OEM provision for an external 5.25" ODD Bay. However, you CAN modify this case to have one. My instructions are for the NZXT H510 Elite, but all of those series cases are the same, save for the front or colors. If your ATX power supply is the standard modular size or you just use 2 or less SSD or onboard (MB) M.2//NVMe SSD drives (no HDD), you can use the front lower panel. Phantek, a competing case manufacturer sells a 5.25" 2-bay ODD cage that is an upgrade for their tower cases. It should fit behind that front metal panel Possible modification), which you can use a Dremel to cut your opening or create your own from panel (metal, ABS, Plex or with 3D Printer). This is why I bought this case over others with a glass or mess front showing the fans (RGB). The lower front panel is attached by small rivets which are easy to access without any disassembly. I have two burners and have no place to put them in an external enclosure on my desk, nor do I want to. It is extremely difficult to find a 5.25" ODD external enclosure with eSATA. USB, which 95% of the enclosures are, is just too slow of an interface, especially, if the bus is in use by a bandwidth hog already. And NO, ODD is not dead. Digital media has become too intrusive, expensive, and unreliable with service outages, internet outages, low bandwidth, and cost. My XBOX ONE and ONE X would not boot into the Dashboard when the Internet went out. Had to pull the RJ-45 on a whim after much searching for the solution. Don't ever trust an all digital media solution.
