Comfy chair, bad quality

A piece that protects the rising mechanism was also cracked and no longer protects it. The website listed with the paperwork for the chair is not active.

Waste of money

There was a white chalky substance all over in the box and one of the holes wasn't threaded right to hold the arm on. And now I have no way to return it since I don't drive and can't take it to the store and have no box big enough to mail it.

Chocolate faux leather manager's chair

I had for 10 years a $60 chair and still the mechanism is working, First, It took a lot of efforts to assemble the arms because of the arms screws. After that, we open the other accessories to assemble the seat to the base. What to see! The smallest of the plastic bellows was broken. We would have return it, but we did a lot of work to this point and it was a pain to dissemble and put it back in the box, so we used the one from the old chair, even though this last one was cracked. I reinforced it with scotch tape. Overall a cheap product. I know it is a faux leather chair, but so it was my old chair and it lasted for 10 years. I don't know how long this is going to last. I like the color and it is comfortable (compared to my 10-year old chair), but the light color stiches make it look cheap. Like-color stiches as the faux leather color would make it look much better.

Terrible.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this chair and put it together the night I received it, the chair leg broke within 2 days and I was unable to get any help i tried calling support, i tried the supplied options on the website but it was impossible to disassemble the chair and return it as the base and hydraulic shaft were completely stuck together. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

Q: QuestionSomething is wrong with one of the holes for attaching an arm. We managed to get 3 of the bolts in the arm but not one of the bolts will go in the last one for the right side. Help.

- A:Answer You can't tighten all the bolts down tight one at a time. You need to "SEAT" each one FIRST then tighten them all down. Catching each bolt a few turns first makes the arm easier to attach
